-WHEN WILL MY TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER UPDATE?

(PROCESSING)-YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEGAN PROCESSING. PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR OUR REGULAR PROCESSING TIME & 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS DURING SALES FOR PROCESSING. WE REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME DURING SALES TO ENSURE PACKAGING ERRORS ARE PREVENTED DURING HIGH VOLUME ORDERING TIMES.

-WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE WAIST TRIMMER & SWEAT BELT

THE WAIST TRIMMER IS TO BE USED ONLY DURING WORKOUTS AS IT INCREASES SWEATING AROUND YOUR BACK AND MIDSECTION.

THE SWEAT BELT CAN BE WORN UP TO 8 HOURS IN THE DAY WHILE RUNNING ERRANDS, AT WORK, & CLEANING AT HOME. IT IS ALSO GREAT FOR IMPROVING POSTURE BY INCREASING YOUR BACK SUPPORT & INCREASES SWEATING WHILE WORKING OUT.

BOTH ITEMS ARE DESIGNED TO HELP YOU DECREASE INCHES FROM AROUND YOUR WAIST.

-CAN I EXHANGE AN ITEM?

NO, WE DO NOT OFFER RETURN LABELS AS RETURNS ARE MADE AT THE CUSTOMERS OWN COST. WE SUGGEST USING USPS AS IT IS THE MOST COST EFFICIENT.

-I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ITEM, CAN YOU SEND A REPLACEMENT?

IN THE CASE THAT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT SHOWS AS DELIVERED WE CANNOT SEND A REPLACEMENT. PLEASE CONTACT USPS FOR FURTHER INFORMATION & HELP. ONCE WE DELIVER AN ITEM TO USPS YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THEM TO FIND OR TRACK DOWN YOUR PACKAGE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES.

-CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

NO, WE ARE VERY QUICK AT PROCESSING ORDERS TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU RECEIVE YOURS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL IT. ALL SWEAT BELT & WAIST TRIMMER ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE ONCE PLACED.

-WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

FAILURE TO REPORT A FAULTY ITEM WITHIN 6 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE WILL RESULT IN OUR INABILITY TO REPLACE THE ITEM.

-WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO PICK UP AN ITEM?

YOU HAVE UP TO 1 MONTH TO PICK UP AN ITEM. WE SEND REMINDER TEXT MESSAGES TO CUSTOMERS TO PICK UP. AFTER 1 MONTH THE ITEM IS CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND CANNOT BE REPLACED AS IT WILL BE SOLD.


-WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED WE CAN NOT MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR TOTAL AS WE ARE UNABLE TO MANUALLY ADD THE DISCOUNT NOR CANCEL THE ORDER. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DISCOUNT MAY BE USED ON YOUR NEXT ORDER IF THE CODE IS STILL VALID.

-HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT?

WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN, WE WILL PROCESS THE RETURN WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS. ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND YOUR STORE CREDIT ISSUED, YOU WILL RECIEVE A STORE CREDIT CODE AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH YOU PROVIDE AT THE TIME OF YOUR PURCHASE. -HOW DO I CLEAN THE FITNESS PRODUCTS?

HAND WASHING THEM WITH LIQUID WASHING GEL OR WITH DR. BRONNER’S SOAPS ARE BOTH RECOMMENDED THEN HANG UP TO AIR DRY.
