WORKOUTS ARE DESIGNED TO BE CHALLENGING YET MOTIVATING TO KEEP CLIENTS CONSISTENT WITH THE WORKOUT PROGRAM.
EACH WORKOUT INCLUDES FULL BODY WORKOUTS THAT WILL HELP REMOVE UNWANTED BODY FAT WHILE KEEPING YOUR CURVES.
EVERYTHING IS PROVIDED DURING EACH WORKOUT INCLUDING WATER.
FOR CLIENTS WHO DEAL WITH PCOS, SMALL GROUP OR 1 TRAINING IS BEST FOR WORKOUTS CATERED TO YOUR BODY TYPE.
CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE MONDAY-THURSDAYS AT 7:15PM.
CLIENTS CAN COME TO UP TO 4 SESSIONS EACH WEEK AT THIS TIME ONLY.
TIMES CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED ONCE BOOKED.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & CAN NOT BE MOVED TO A LATER MONTH AFTER BOOKING.
