CLIENTS SELECT DAYS THAT FIT AROUND THEIR PERSONAL SCHEDULE FOR EACH WEEK. IT HELPS CREATE CONSISTENCY BY SCHEDULING YOUR WORKOUTS AHEAD OF TIME.
CURRENT TRAINING HOURS & PROGRAMS WILL BE LISTED. HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE PER MONTH TO WORK AROUND HOLIDAYS.
WE OFFER SMALL GROUP & 1 ON 1 TRAINING FOR WOMEN WITH WORKOUTS DESIGNED TO BURN OFF UNWANTED FAT, TONE UP THE LEGS, AND SLIM THE BACK & WAIST OR HELP AIN HEALTHY WEIGHT.
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO VIEW ALL TRAINING TIMES THAT ARE AVAILABLE ON OUR CLIENTS PAGE BY CLICKING THE LINK ABOVE.
ALL SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS LAST 45 MIN.- 1 HOUR.
WORKOUTS ARE MODIFIED FOR BEGINNERS.
IF YOU ARE NEW TO WORKING OUT, NO WORRIES, BECAUSE A MAJORITY OF OUR CLIENTELE ARE BEGINNERS & WORKOUTS ARE MODIFIED FOR BEGINNERS.
NEW CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A WRITTEN DOCTOR'S APPROVAL ONLY IF THEY HAVE BACK, JOINT, OR ANY OTHER CONDITIONS THAT COULD AFFECT THEIR ABILITY TO WORKOUT. THIS HELPS PREVENT FUTURE INJURIES & MAINTAIN THE SAFETY OF OUR CLIENTS.
IF YOU HAVE HAD KNEE PROBLEMS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF JOINT PROBLEMS PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE STARTING ANY TYPE OF TRAINING PROGRAM.
POLICIES
RESCHEDULING IS ALLOWED THROUGHOUT THE TRAINING MONTH AND TIMES CAN BE MOVED TO ALTERNATE TIMES/DAYS THAT ARE AVAILABLE.
CLIENTS ARE ABLE TO MOVE TIMES THEMSELVES AT ANY TIME OF THE TRAINING MONTH. MISSED SESSIONS CANNOT BE MADE UP.
**SICK DAYS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A DOCTOR’S NOTE
**SICK DAYS EXPIRE AFTER 1 MONTH
**SICK DAYS ARE NOT USED FOR REGULAR MAKE UP DAYS
**SICK DAYS CAN ALSO BE USED FOR BODY INJURIES WITH NOTE FROM DOCTOR
**SICK DAYS ARE EXCUSED WITH CHILDREN’S NOTES
**A BI WEEKLY INTEREST FREE PAYMENT PLAN IS AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT.
**ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & **ALL SESSIONS EXPIRE AT THE END OF THE TRAINING MONTH
**MISSED SESSIONS CANNOT BE RE-SCHEDULED
**RESCHEDULING IS AVAILABLE & DONE BY THE CLIENT NO LATER THAN 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TRAINING TIME
TIMES & DAYS THAT A CLIENT WOULD LIKE TO TRAIN AT ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE START OF THE TRAINING MONTH.
