INCLUDES NUTRITION GUIDE, MACROS/CALORIES & WEEKLY ASSESSMENTS. WE TRACK PROGRESS THROUGH BEFORE PHOTOS & WEEKLY CHECKINS FOR WEIGHT.

CLIENTS ARE ALLOWED 1 FREE RESCHEDULE PER WEEK THAT MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN THE SAME TRAINING WEEK. IT IS BASED ON AVAILABLE TIMES/DATES. AFTER THAT IT IS $5 PER RESCHEDULE.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & CAN NOT BE MOVED TO A LATER MONTH AFTER BOOKING.
