NEVER LOOK FOR INSTANT RESULTS. IT TAKES ABOUT 4 WEEKS OF WORKING OUT 4-5 TIMES A WEEK TO SEE RESULTS. IF YOU'RE WORKING ON LOSING MORE THAN 10 LBS, GIVE YOURSELF TIME. YOU DON'T WANT TO OVERWORK YOURSELF & END UP BURNING OUT. SAME WITH GAINING WEIGHT, YOU WANT TO DO IT THE RIGHT WAY. TAKE TIME TO RESEARCH DIFFERENT NUTRITION PLANS OR HIRE A TRAINER THAT DOES THAT TYPE OF WORK FOR YOU.
